The scoring blade runs in reverse just ahead of the main blade, cutting a shallow trench that defines the edges of the cut and prevents chip-out—no splinterguards needed! Not only that, you also get the benefit of a larger saw blade, and a deeper cut depth of 2-7/16” (62mm). The Festool TSV 60 KEBQ-F also works seamlessly both with standard FS Guide Rails,andwith the optional FSK cross-cutting guide rails (e.g. #72714, sold separately). The Kickback Stop feature stops the blade in the event of kickback, protecting your workpiece and helping to minimize the risk of injury. Finally, thanks to the latest-generation brushless EC-TEC motor, the saw is extremely durable and low-maintenance.
